Before connecting, as our network is set up with additional security, please follow these instructions to ensure an optimal experience on our network. This will prevent the need to re-enter the voucher daily;
Apple iOS
On iOS devices you will need to disable “Private Address” in Network settings. To do this on your iOS device navigate to:
Settings → WiFi → on the same network mentioned below click the ℹ️ icon → toggle off Private Address → Click continue and return back → Select the network → then enter your Voucher code(s)
Android
On Android devices, some also may have Private MAC Address features. You will need to disable this by trying to connect to the Network mentioned:
Click the ⚙️ icon → click Advanced → Turn off Private MAC Address (or similar phrasing) → turn off and on WiFi and reconnect → then enter your Voucher code(s)
