📅 Scheduling: We run on a first-booked, first-served basis. If you missed your chance to book this time, please let us know if you would like to be added to our waiting list in case a space becomes available.
⏰ Event Hours: Our craft fairs run from 11am to 3pm. We allow an hour for set up and close down, and you can get in from 10:00am to begin pitching.
💺 Spaces: We provide a 6-foot-wide area in our ground floor space. Stallholders will need to bring their own tables. We can provide chairs – just let us know when you arrive if you would like any to use during the booking.
💰 Pricing: One 6-foot pitch is just £20 (inc. VAT) per fair. Remember, it’s on a first-come, first-served basis, and pitch payment secures your spot. We allocate the pitches with fairness in mind. Please note that your pitch fee is non-refundable.
☕ Coffee Shop: We do have a coffee shop at IslandWorks where purchases can be made throughout the day. This means we are unable to provide stalls for those selling hot and cold drinks or those selling cakes at this time.
🅿️ Parking & Accessibility: We have a car park at the rear of the property for 20 vehicles and additional free public parking is available in nearby Bluetown. For those who need a drop-off point, our side entrance is ramped, ensuring easy accessibility. Our entire ground floor, including toilets and the stage, is wheelchair accessible.
📢 Spread the Crafty Word: Leading up to the event, we are your personal marketing cheerleaders. We’ll shout from the virtual rooftops about all our participants, giving you the spotlight you deserve. And because sharing is caring, we’ll equip you with free marketing materials to spread the word far and wide too.
